This form gathers everything our designer and craftsman need to lay out his belt — his story, in his order. There's no wrong length of answer. The more you give us, even small or odd details, the truer the belt turns out. Nothing here is required to be perfect; it just needs to be his.

These become the timeline engraved along the belt, left to right. Write in fragments if that's easier than full sentences — we'll shape it.
This is the part people skip and shouldn't — small, specific details are what make a belt feel like him instead of a generic timeline. Think music, color, humor, animals, food, style, mottos, whatever comes to mind. No detail is too small or too strange.
Photos are what get laser-engraved into the leather. Clear, well-lit, high-resolution images work best — 5 to 12 photos spanning his life is the sweet spot.
